Caleb is also a co-founder of The Stability App. He is passionate about the power of family therapy, connection through relationships, and the potential of healthy relationships healing societies. The Stability App will be beneficial to people who suffer from depression and bipolar disorder. These disorders are fraught not only with feelings of isolation and feeling overwhelmed for both individuals, but also the loved ones who are trying to help them. The Stability App will work on creating an empowering tool to allow people to invite trusted allies into their journey with them that will not overwhelm individuals or loved ones. Caleb has observed family and friends who don’t know what to do for loved ones who are suffering from depression or bipolar (hypo)manic episodes. This app can give everyone feelings of power that they are not alone to receive and give help on their terms. The Stability App will give users tools to give or receive help that feels comfortable for them with the hope of advocating for help that feels empowering to everyone.
